Alliance Family of Companies Promotes Jada Higginbotham to Staff Accountant.
Gary, Indiana: We are excited to announce that Jada Higginbotham has been promoted to Staff Accountant, effective July 21!
Jada's journey with Alliance began on August 21, 2023, when she joined the team as an Accounting and Finance Intern while pursuing her bachelor's degree in accounting at Purdue Global. She went on to graduate magna cum laude, and in March 2025, her hard work earned her a transition to a full-time role as Accounting Clerk, reporting to Ed Claahsen.
Since then, Jada has continued to develop her skills and take on greater responsibility within the accounting department.
In her new role as Staff Accountant, she will be responsible for:
- Completing journal entries
- Preparing month-end reports and reconciliations
- Daily cash reporting
- Weekly/monthly borrowing base calculations
- Month-end loan reporting
